1.1 Who we are

This Site is operated to present, document, and support the SmartZone Pro Sniper indicator for MetaTrader 5 ("the Indicator"). We are an independent developer/publisher and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of MetaQuotes Ltd. (MetaTrader), the MQL5 Market, or any broker referenced on this Site, except where an affiliate relationship is explicitly disclosed.

1.2 Eligibility

The Site and the Indicator are intended for users who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) and who are legally permitted to trade financial instruments in their country of residence. It is your responsibility to confirm that using trading software and following the strategies described here is lawful where you live.

1.3 Intellectual property

All text, graphics, layout, and original code on this Site are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied, redistributed, or used to create a derivative product without written permission. The SmartZone Pro Sniper name, its source and compiled code, and its documentation are protected under applicable copyright law and the MQL5 Market's own terms of service.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting a revised version on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

1.5 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or the Indicator, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or data loss. The Site and the Indicator are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

2. Indicator License & Usage Terms

SmartZone Pro Sniper is distributed exclusively through the MQL5 Market. Your purchase and activation are governed first and foremost by MQL5's own Market rules and licensing system; the terms below apply in addition to, not instead of, those rules.

2.1 License grant

Purchasing SmartZone Pro Sniper grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run the Indicator on the number of MetaTrader 5 terminals/activations permitted by the MQL5 Market for your purchase or rental plan. This is a license to use the software — you do not own the underlying code.

2.2 Restrictions

• You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the compiled indicator.
• You may not resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or redistribute the Indicator or its outputs (screenshots, signals, alerts) as a competing commercial product.
• You may not remove or obscure copyright notices embedded in the Indicator.
• Automated redistribution of the Indicator's buy/sell markers or zone data as a third-party signal service is not permitted without written consent.

2.3 Updates & support

We aim to release updates and respond to support requests (see Contact) on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee a specific update schedule, response time, or continued compatibility with future MetaTrader 5 builds, brokers, or symbols.

2.4 No performance warranty

While the Indicator is designed to be strictly non-repainting once a zone or signal is confirmed, we make no warranty that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or profitable under any market condition. Past behavior of the algorithm on historical or live charts is not a guarantee of future accuracy or outcome.

3. Risk Disclaimer

Trading Forex, CFDs, cryptocurrencies, synthetic indices, commodities, futures, options, and other leveraged or derivative instruments carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You could lose some or all of your invested capital, and in leveraged/margin products, losses can exceed your initial deposit.

3.1 No guarantee of results

SmartZone Pro Sniper identifies structural supply and demand zones based on historical price action. Markets are inherently unpredictable, and no indicator, algorithm, or analysis method — including this one — can predict future price movement with certainty. Any performance examples, screenshots, or backtests shown on this Site or on the MQL5 product page are illustrative only and do not represent guaranteed or typical results.

3.2 Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions, position sizing, stop-loss placement, and risk management. Before trading with real funds, you should fully understand how the Indicator works, test it on a demo account, and only risk capital you can afford to lose.

3.3 Third-party platforms

We do not control, and are not responsible for, the execution, pricing, uptime, or conduct of MetaTrader 5, any broker, or any third-party platform linked from this Site.

4. No Investment Advice

Nothing on this Site, in the Indicator's documentation, alerts, or any related communication constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, nor a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

We are not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution in any jurisdiction. Content published here is for educational and informational purposes only. Before making any trading or investment decision, you should seek advice from a licensed financial advisor who is familiar with your individual circumstances.

5. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and aim to collect as little personal data as possible to operate this Site.

5.1 What we collect

• Information you send us directly — if you email [email protected] or message us on X, we receive whatever information you choose to include (e.g., your email address, name, and message content).
• Basic technical/analytics data — like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may log standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and performance purposes.
• Local calculator data — figures you enter into the Profit Calculator are processed entirely in your browser and are never transmitted to or stored by us.

5.2 What we do not collect

We do not operate user accounts, do not process payments directly (purchases happen on the MQL5 Market), and do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data such as financial account numbers, government IDs, or trading account credentials.

5.3 How we use it

We use the information described above only to respond to your inquiries, maintain and secure the Site, and understand aggregate usage patterns. We do not sell your personal data.

5.4 Third-party links

7. Refund Policy

All sales are final. SmartZone Pro Sniper is a digital product delivered instantly upon purchase, and as such, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase or rental has been completed.

Because the Indicator is sold exclusively through the MQL5 Market, all transactions, billing, and any refund eligibility are ultimately subject to MetaQuotes' own Market Terms of Service, not this policy. If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue with delivery/activation, please contact MQL5 Market support directly, and you're welcome to also reach out to us at [email protected] so we can assist where possible.

We recommend testing the Indicator's behavior using the screenshots, description, and demo information on the MQL5 product page before purchasing, since no refund will be issued for dissatisfaction with trading results or strategy fit.
